Process

Step 1

Selected raw materials

Raw materials are fish brought to the processing factory in a well-frozen form to ensure the best tuna quality and no spoilage. The raw materials are purchased by An Phat from domestic vessels/facilities.

Step 2

Processing

An Phat has a production line and market, so it has processed seafood products (anchovies, stingrays, squid,...) into dry products (seasoned or unseasoned, ready-made or instant).

Step 3

using metal detector

To detect each product unit: processed and packaged products will be passed through a metal detector with increasingly demanding detection levels. This device is to meet the mandatory requirements of the HACCP food safety management system according to Vietnamese regulations, regulations of other countries and customers; ensuring that there is no physical hazard of metal fragments in any shrimp or fish.
