On August 21, 2024, AN PHAT JSC was honored to visit Delicious Cook Co. Factory in Chiba, Japan. The delegation led by Deputy Director Le Hong Phong visited the factory that meets JFS-B standards, a Japanese Food Safety Standard.
During the working session, the two sides had a lively exchange and focused on the implementation of the Closed Process System and strict criteria in the production of Delicious Cook Co. In addition, the Company also led the delegation to visit the facilities. The tour introduced the production process, including organic vegetable growing, preservation, management, and product packaging processes that are being applied here.
Through this tour and survey, AN PHAT JSC has learned more about sustainable production activities, optimizing the supply chain to meet JFS standards, allowing food businesses to enhance international standards on food safety management. If meeting JFS, Vietnamese food products will surely have a "passport" to penetrate deeply into the Japanese market and many other markets.
