AN PHAT JSC and 10 Vietnamese enterprises had a great time at the Forum "Vietnam - Japan High-Quality Agricultural Human Resources Cooperation" to listen to and exchange information on potential cooperation in training, scientific research and sending high-quality agricultural workers to work in Japan. Also attending the Forum were representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan; Labor Counselor and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan.
Currently, when the world is facing many challenges in food security, climate change, population aging and shortage of high-quality human resources, cooperation between Vietnam and Japan is more necessary than ever. In particular, cooperation in training and developing human resources, especially high-quality human resources, is an important pillar to solve traditional and non-traditional difficulties and challenges.
From the Japanese side, Vietnam's partners such as JICA, Upraise Company, Hiroshima University, Miyazaki Prefecture and a number of enterprises presented the recruitment needs and recruitment conditions for Vietnamese students and workers to work in factories, farms, food processing plants, warehouses, logistics, especially in the context of Japan's aging and declining population.
